Stage 3 is a less tightly-structured, free-form workshop environment where subjects are largely student-led, but with a weekly theme featuring tuition and demonstrations.
Completion of Stages 1 & 2 is not a requirement of applicants - Stage 3 is open to all!!!
Guidance is more customised to suit the individual needs of students - working to eliminate their weaknesses and capitalise on their strengths. Each year, lots of new and challenging subjects are added to the list of activities, which currently include sketching, industrial subjects, texture, watercolour pencils, speed-painting, abstract and outdoor work. Please note: Stage 3 tends to be extremely popular, with places being filled up to a year in advance. Therefore, early applications are strongly recommended.
