PRIVATE WATERCOLOUR WORKSHOPS
Booking Terms & Conditions

It is assumed that all participants have read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

[1] The fee covers tuition only, and does not include any art materials, meals or overnight accommodation. Detailed advice on what art materials are required will be provided at the time of booking. Further advice on what accommodation is available locally can be provided on request. The fee is based upon the number of participants, and calculated on a sliding scale:

3 people @ £65pp = £195
4 people @ £50pp = £200
5 people @ £40pp = £200
6 people @ £40pp = £240
7 people @ £40pp = £280

[2] Unless agreed otherwise, workshop times will be 10am - 5pm, with up to 1 hour lunchbreak. Modifications to this timetable must be agreed, and notified via the booking form at the time of booking (up to a maximum of 7 hours in 1 day). Groups wishing to book longer workshops will incur extra charges, and will be notified accordingly. Multiple days may be booked at the same daily/per person rate.

[3] Bookings made within the UK will be accepted by post, telephone or on-line, via the Peter Woolley website. Bookings made from outside the UK will only be accepted via the secure on-line booking form.

[4] If booking by post, applicants should always confirm availability of their chosen date by telephone before sending in their application form. Bookings made via the secure on-line booking form (all major credit cards accepted) must be filled out IN FULL and include full names and postal or e-mail addresses of all persons for whom the booking is being made. Failure to do this may result in the application being rejected.

[5] The minimum number of applicants accepted in a group is 3. The maximum number accepted in a group (at Hawes) is 7.

[6] Each written application should be accompanied by the full payment per person, unless otherwise agreed. Only on receipt of the booking fee/s can a private workshop be fully guaranteed. Post-dated cheques or part-payment will not be accepted unless by prior arrangement. This helps to cut down on administration costs.

[7] In the unlikely event of a workshop having to be cancelled by the tutor, every effort will be made to offer clients an alternative date for their event, or a full refund (less £10 administration fee). The organiser will not be held responsible for any extra costs arising out of the cancellation of a course.

[8] Booking Fees (less a £10 cancellation fee) will only be refunded on Cancellations received in writing, up to 1 month before the date of the workshop.
