It is assumed that all participants have read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
[1] The fee of £79 covers tuition only, and does not include any art materials, meals or overnight accommodation. Detailed advice on what art materials are required will be provided at the time of booking. Further advice on what accommodation is available locally can be provided on request
[2] Bookings made within the UK will be accepted by post, telephone or on-line, via the Peter Woolley website. Bookings made from outside the UK will only be accepted via the secure on-line booking form.
[3] If booking by post, applicants should always confirm availability by telephone before sending in their application form. If booking on-line, only courses where spaces are still currently available will appear in the drop-down list. Bookings made via the secure on-line booking form (all major credit cards accepted) must be filled out IN FULL and include full names and postal or e-mail addresses of all persons for whom the booking is being made. Failure to do this will result in the application being rejected.
[4] Although the number of available places are limited, wherever possible to 12 participants (strictly 7 at Hawes), it is sometimes necessary, through the processing of group-bookings to allow the total in a group to reach up to a maximum of 15 persons. Participants should be aware that this does not constitute a breach of contract on the part of the organiser.
[5] Each written application should be accompanied by the full payment of £79, unless otherwise agreed. Only on receipt of the booking fee can spaces be fully guaranteed (this also applies to reservations made at earlier workshops - places not paid for in full within 10 days following a reservation, may be offered to other applicants without any further correspondence, although every reasonable effort will be made to confirm the earlier reservation beforehand). Post-dated cheques or part-payment will not be accepted unless by prior arrangement. This helps to cut down on administration costs.
[6] In the unlikely event of a course having to be cancelled by the organiser, every effort will be made to offer participants an alternative weekend, or a full refund (less £10 administration fee). The organiser will not be held responsible for any extra costs arising out of the cancellation of a course.
[7] Booking Fees (less a £10 cancellation fee) will only be refunded on Cancellations received in writing, up to 1 month before the date of the course.
