Today has been sea-day 4 out of 6 such days.

I woke up feeling a little under par and not in the mood for breakfast, or anything else for that matter. I had a class to run – two classes in fact, as it turned out, at the end of which, all I wanted to do was lie down and sleep.

And that’s what I did. When we returned to the cabin, I just flopped down on the bed and fell into a deep sleep, until gone 4pm. When I awoke, I felt a little better, but I am thankful that tomorrow is now definitely an ‘off-day’, with no classes.

With a lack of lustre, it’s highly unlikely that I’ll make my 8000 steps.
