Today, I presented the second part of my two-part special workshops on painting trees. Having had them painting winter-bare trees yesterday, today was the turn of summer trees in full foliage.<\/p>\n
After lunch, and a brief spell of cobweb-blowing on the top deck, I spent the afternoon painting another Mindelo boat scene (and tweaking yesterday’s painting having had it taped to the cabin wall all evening).<\/p>\n
There seems to be some cooling issues in the cabin. By that, I mean that our cabin is like an oven, and the thermostat doesn’t appear to be doing anything. As far as I can tell, speaking to someone who also lives on our corridor, the issue isn’t confined to us… which is a sort of relief, I suppose.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
