I&#8217;ve been Norman-Collier-ing all day, my voice remaining on the side of slightly squeaky; I got through it though, with lots of tea and water.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemContent\">\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">As the day wore on, my voice has diminished, to the point where I&#8217;m whispering or using sign-language. Tomorrow, Groups A and B have their lesson on Perspective &#8211; explaining the finer points of Linear Perspective through gesticulation alone is going to be interesting, to say the least.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">Other than that, it&#8217;s been a rather quiet day at sea. The sun&#8217;s been out, and many people have been sunning themselves on deck. The sea itself was a little rougher than yesterday, with lots of white horses making the prospect of spotting any wildlife almost impossible. The ship hasn&#8217;t been too wobbly, though, with nothing more than a gentle roll most of the day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">Blog posts are a bit like buses once we get into this part of the world; nothing one day, then two come along at once. If you&#8217;re a regular reader of the blog, you might appreciate the fore-warning that, after Mindelo, there are 5 long days at sea. If last year&#8217;s experience is anything to go by, we expect to hit a sort of signal &#8216;dead-zone&#8217; lasting approximately three consecutive days, when getting posts uploaded is pretty much impossible.
