I had a class to run &#8211; two classes in fact, as it turned out, at the end of which, all I wanted to do was lie down and sleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that&#8217;s what I did. When we returned to the cabin, I just flopped down on the bed and fell into a deep sleep, until gone 4pm. When I awoke, I felt a little better, but I am thankful that tomorrow is now definitely an &#8216;off-day&#8217;, with no classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a lack of lustre, it&#8217;s highly unlikely that I&#8217;ll make my 8000 steps.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today has been sea-day 4 out of 6 such days.
