We were late getting up this morning, and missed breakfast. When we did finally emerge, to enjoy a cup of coffee and tea, we soon realised why most people seemed to be drinking their cuppas inside… it was rather chilly outside – quite claggy, with no horizon to speak of, and a keen wind… it’s all helping to acclimatise us...

Today was the fifth day of five identical days where nothing much changes except for the movies on the in-cabin TV and the 9-o’clock quizzes.   As my lurgy very slowly gets better (I have the cough much more under control now). Tracey is slowly succumbing to the sniffles).   I painted a turtle yesterday…. it sold today… if only...

The good news is; the cough has been much better today. Unfortunately, there seems to be an emergence of other cold symptoms – like the blasted lurgy has been all around the ship and finally made it back to me. Between a runny nose and a hacking cough, though, I know which I prefer; overall, you’ll be pleased to hear...
