Christmas and the New Year (and those fireworks…)
I’m pleased to announce that I’ve been offered a further cruise assignment. I’ll be working aboard the Marco Polo over Christmas and the New Year, sailing to The Canary Islands, after which, I’ll be staying on for the Amazon Cruise, throughout January and into February.
What I’m most excited about is the opportunity to see the Madeira New Year fireworks again (I saw them on what was only my third cruise, way back in 2008 ) ; best viewed from the sea, it is one of the most awesome displays of pyrotechnics in Europe… bring it on!!
