Nearly There…

This was the awesome sunset we enjoyed just a couple of nights ago. It was accompanied by the ‘Beaver Supermoon’ at the rear of the ship.

We’re currently five days into a seven-day crossing of the Atlantic ocean. Classes are going well and the weather and sea swells are improving daily. There isn’t a lot of wildlife to be seen in these parts – it is essentially a desert – but there have been several sightings of dolphins, turtles, and increasing numbers of flying fish.

My sketching class was received well, and the guests absolutely love the kits provided by the ship… I fully expect there to be even greater numbers turn up to the next one.

Just two more sea days to go, then, before we arrive at our first Caribbean destination, Barbados. Bring it in!
